Service scope
PromethIQ Trading is a PromethIQ Technologies product. The experimental release provides public cryptocurrency candle charts, watchlists, user-selected research preferences, deterministic technical summaries, primary-source links and a paper-trading lab. Equity data, a live news feed and AI-generated research reports are not connected. Technical summaries are rules-based observations, not AI forecasts or suitability assessments. The service helps users explore information and scenarios, not determine which investments suit their personal financial circumstances. Descriptions do not waive any duties imposed by law. Third-party chart software and market data are subject to their applicable licenses and terms; public availability is not a redistribution license.
Your decisions and use
You choose what to research and whether to act outside this service. Check source documents, timestamps, assumptions and costs before relying on a report. Seek appropriately qualified professional advice when you need individualized guidance. Keep account credentials private and do not misuse another user's account or data.
No guaranteed result
We do not promise profit, a particular return, uninterrupted access, complete or error-free information, or that a simulated result will occur in a real account. Risk controls can reduce some risks but cannot eliminate losses. These statements describe limitations of the service; they do not excuse misconduct or eliminate responsibilities imposed by applicable law.
Separate permissions
Accepting these terms does not grant broker access, authorize any order, opt you into marketing or permit training AI models on your private account information. Broker connections, real-money orders and any paid subscription require their own applicable permissions or checkout. Future execution features require a separate release and authorization.
Electronic acceptance and changes
Selecting the unchecked acceptance boxes and choosing Agree and create workspace records your affirmative electronic acceptance. We retain the document versions, text, acknowledgments and acceptance time. You can retrieve your acceptance receipt while signed in. New terms cannot retroactively change the text you accepted. Existing accounts are not treated as having accepted these documents automatically.
Rights preserved and review status
Nothing here asks you to waive rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow you to waive. Acceptance is not a blanket release of claims against PromethIQ Technologies and does not make an otherwise regulated service exempt. These are review drafts for the experimental release, not final consumer-launch terms. Governing law, contracting entity details, consumer terms and any permitted liability limitations require review by qualified counsel before public launch.
